Digitalize cine-film

Digitize Cine-Film on DVD or USB-Stick

Here you will find an overview of the image quality after digitization and possible customization options...

Film at 16 fps runs too fast ...
Here, the number of images per second has been extrapolated to 24 images - the movements appear at normal speed.
Here, the contrast was increased and a color adjustment (exaggerated) performed. Also increased to 24 frames per second.

Important - please note:
Normal-8 movie: 16 frames per second. Perforation hole in the first third of the frame.
Super-8 movie: 18 or 24 frames per second. Perforation hole at the height of the center of the frame.

For playback at the right speed on today's conventional TVs or PC, 9 pictures are missing at normal 8 and 1 to 7 pictures at super 8 per second. Therefore, the movements in the digitized material are too fast. To remedy this, the missing images (frames) would have to be added. This is possible via our professional post-processing and can be booked as a special option! Just ask!
